Chapter 6: Functions of the Executive Office
Functions of the Executive Chairman:
The meetings of the General Committee shall guide the General Assembly and preside over its work

Chapter 8: Admission to the Commission and the Elections
- Admission of any new member must be approved by the Executive Chairman of the Commission
- Members and affiliates are only those who have the right to vote and nominate
- Withdrawal from the Authority is subject to obtaining a contract from the Executive Office
Chapter 9: General Assembly
- The general assembly shall convene in a regular general assembly vote every five years or a general assembly at the initiative of the executive president or the majority of the members
- Decisions are taken by the two votes of the members and participants present, and in the case of equal votes, the president will prevail

- The office is composed of 5 to 23 members at most

Chapter Thirteen: Settlement of disputes
- Any dispute between the members of the Commission, which has not been resolved is subject to the Executive Chairman of the Authority as a supreme authority
